📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for enterprise insurance carrier clients • Investigate complex operational, data, and integration issues and guide clients through resolution • Build trusted client relationships and lead escalations, issue management, and grievance resolution • Project-manage technical implementations and remain involved post-launch to ensure system performance • Partner with Sales and leadership on go-to-market and expansion strategies • Manage contractual commitments through Statements of Work and Master Service Agreements • Represent carrier feedback internally by summarizing recurring issues, product gaps, and enhancement opportunities for Product and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a comparable role • Experience in implementation, materials creation, and training suites • Experience managing a high-volume workload • Experience strategizing and implementing large-scale goals and projects • Startup experience for SaaS solutions or technical products is a bonus • Experience with the ACA/health insurance industry is a bonus • Experience collaborating with assigned partners at VP and director levels is a bonus • U.S. work authorization required • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
