• Some college experience required • Bachelor’s degree in social services, psychology, social work, or a related field preferred • Nonprofit experience preferred • Background in mental health or crisis intervention preferred • Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal educational requirements • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service • Ability to collaborate with staff, volunteers, and team members while working independently • Strong computer literacy and ability to use multiple digital systems • Effective time management and prioritization skills • Compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to individuals with diverse and complex needs • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends • Ability to handle and manage stress related to the scope and type of chats received • Physical ability to lift 20 pounds, sit for long periods, talk on the telephone, and bend/stoop • Must reside in Oklahoma
