• Develop, manage, and maintain clinical schedules across multiple facilities • Track and manage PTO, LOA, locum, and per diem provider assignments • Adjust schedules in real time to address emergent coverage needs • Escalate scheduling conflicts, coverage gaps, and provider scheduling concerns • Ensure adherence to QGenda scheduling standards, rules, and provider compliance • Maintain accurate QGenda data for scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, and reporting • Audit schedules and validate data to resolve discrepancies • Configure, run, review, and manage QGenda's AI-powered schedule optimizer • Establish and maintain optimizer scheduling rules, preferences, priorities, and constraints with clinical leadership • Review optimizer results and adjust schedules before publication • Refine QGenda scheduling rules and configurations to improve schedule quality and efficiency • Maintain QGenda provider profiles, assignments, templates, locations, availability, and system configurations • Design and maintain QGenda scheduling automations • Monitor QGenda adoption, utilization, optimizer usage, and workflow compliance • Support QGenda enhancements, testing, implementation, and process changes • Provide QGenda guidance to providers and leadership • Review, reconcile, and approve provider time punches • Research and resolve timekeeping discrepancies • Review and escalate payroll issues related to provider hours, PTO, locum coverage, and scheduling activity • Support operational reporting on schedules, utilization, staffing trends, and timekeeping accuracy • Communicate with providers, Clinical Chiefs, operational leadership, and hospital partners • Translate clinical and operational requirements into QGenda rules, workflows, and automations • Foster collaborative relationships to support scheduling efficiency, provider satisfaction, and reliable clinical coverage
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities • Effective communication and collaboration across teams and leadership levels • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment • Experience with scheduling software; QGenda strongly preferred • Ability to learn and manage scheduling optimization, automation, and system configuration tools • Proficiency with basic reporting and data analysis tools • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities
