• Provide and document call center services for patients with rare or chronic disorders on behalf of manufacturer clients • Execute responsibilities according to manufacturer client and company leadership requirements • Educate patients, physicians, and families on prescribed, FDA-approved therapies according to client requirements • Use reviewed and approved call guides and client-approved resources to communicate key messaging to patients • Provide HIPAA-compliant feedback and analysis to manufacturer clients as contractually required • Adhere to mandatory HIPAA requirements and company policies and procedures • Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, manufacturers, and team members • Maintain required nursing licenses and relevant certifications • Manage time, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain reliable attendance • Report to the Operations Manager • Perform other related duties and program/company priorities as assigned
• Active RN or LPN licenses, free of disciplinary actions and/or restrictions • Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience • Consideration for nurses living in Nursing Licensure Compact home states • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree commensurate with experience • Prior call center or telehealth nursing experience preferred • Knowledge of call center and telehealth processes • Knowledge of biologic therapies, specialty pharmacy, and managed care processes • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, Salesforce, and telephone systems • Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, organizational, judgment, and decision-making skills • Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds • Ability to work from a remote location with internet access • Willingness to work multiple US time zones • Ability to work flexible hours and independently as well as with a team • Ability to perform administrative responsibilities accurately and on time
