📋 Description

• Coordinate and deliver required educational programs for new hires and existing clinical personnel • Maintain active involvement in program-wide EMS activities • Perform audits and verify completion and documentation of employee educational requirements • Participate in web-based course evaluation and development • Assist management with interviews and evaluations of potential new hires • Work with Program Medical Directors and the CQI Committee on case review sessions and ad hoc educational presentations • Periodically function as a primary flight crew member and/or third-person observer, if applicable • Assist the program director and operations managers with outreach education • Travel regularly as required

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in New Mexico • Regular travel is required • At least 1 year of flight experience; 3 years preferred • Current licensure as RN, EMT-P, or RRT • Current specialty certification preferred (CFRN, FPC, RRT), or must complete within 24 months of hire • Experience in adult education preferred • Experience as a training preceptor and certified instructor in ITLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP strongly preferred • Good writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication skills • Leadership skills and ability to relate to clinical EMS staff • Computer literacy and above-average software proficiency • Must pass a pre-placement drug test and background screen • Must maintain requirements for active flight status
