📋 Description

• Execute company on- and off-premise strategic initiatives throughout the Colorado market • Execute programs at the field level in on- and off-premise accounts within brand strategies • Lead distributor performance and develop relationships with key customers • Evaluate market opportunities and ensure consistent execution of national and local initiatives • Collaborate with Colorado On-Premise Channel Managers to align work with the overall Colorado market plan • Manage distributors day to day, ensuring adherence to brand policies, distribution objectives, and promotional activity • Train distributor salespeople and evaluate distributor execution against initiatives • Lead supplier relationships with distributor sales representatives, managers, and senior leadership • Present and leverage brands for increased volume and assist distributors in achieving goals • Meet with distributor sales representatives and management at distributor offices • Align with and participate in relevant local events and execute national initiatives • Serve as primary contact for distributor sales teams and support sales-related activities • Communicate, execute, and report product seminars • Monitor customer and consumer trends • Maintain calendars of activities and promotions and manage third-party promotional company activity • Execute brand trainings with staff • Provide monthly market activity reports to the District Manager • Provide market and competitive brand updates to the supervisor • Review programs and execution updates with distributor management • Provide feedback on marketing and sales initiatives, programs, point-of-sale materials, and advertising • Complete special projects such as verifying pricing and distribution at on- and off-premise accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field; may consider equivalent experience for education • Five (5) plus years’ work-related experience in distilled spirits/wine supplier industry • Analytical skills, including gathering data from a wide variety of sources and presenting it in suitable formats • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and methods, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems • Good managerial and effective presentation skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proficient using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Valid Driver’s License Required • Ability to travel throughout Colorado • Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, use a computer, and reach with hands and arms • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
