📋 Description

• Provide training and instruction for customers on Manroland sheetfed press equipment and related technologies • Support successful commissioning and operator instruction during press installations • Train customers on print color management and optimization of makeready processes • Perform efficient troubleshooting during print application service calls • Communicate professionally with customers at all organizational levels regarding press operation, performance, and productivity improvements • Stay current with print application training, industry trends, and the latest software innovations • Promote training, consulting, software, and performance improvement services to customers • Provide support related to consumables and best practices for optimal press performance • Assist with onsite productivity evaluations and process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Continually travel 67% to 100% of the time • Reside within the Central United States and within a one-hour drive of a major airport • Preferred states include Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin • 3 to 5 years of experience operating and/or training on Manroland sheetfed presses • Strong knowledge of computers, including Windows, macOS, and networking • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to resolve complex technical and operational challenges • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to train audiences at all levels • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and action items simultaneously • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division • Ability to use and calibrate job-related testing and measuring equipment • Ability to follow detailed service manuals, operating procedures, and training documentation • Familiarity with basic hand tools
