📋 Description

• Design, develop, and facilitate the Cross-Serve Enablement workshop series • Facilitate in-person and virtual “Cross Serve in Action” workshops • Enhance understanding of each business unit’s strengths and offerings • Design interactive experiences that foster trust and relationship-building for client-first collaboration • Collaborate with business units to keep Cross Serve content current and aligned with emerging business needs • Co-create enterprise capstone projects that convert top-performer best practices into practical training for junior roles • Establish psychologically safe environments for open relationship-building • Drive communication and collaboration between Mariner Academy and enterprise business-unit partners • Apply adult learning theory to create scenario-based simulations • Model and reinforce a client-first, trust-based approach to cross-unit referrals • Measure, analyze, and report collaboration outcomes • Champion client-centered communication leadership in program delivery • Provide workshop support across the enterprise as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops or training sessions for professional audiences • Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust across diverse stakeholder groups • Experience facilitating both virtual and in-person training utilizing adult learning best practices • Familiarity with evidence-based communication techniques, such as Motivational Interviewing, or willingness to achieve proficiency within the first year • Background in finance or experience training business or leadership professionals • Workshop design and facilitation • Relationship-building and trust cultivation • Cross-functional collaboration • Adult learning program design • Client-centered communication • Curriculum and capstone project development • Change management • Self-directed execution
