📋 Description
• Provide consulting services throughout the Washington, DC metro area to a variety of clients • Partner with organizational leadership to align human resources strategy with business objectives • Serve as trusted advisors, building deep relationships across all levels of the organization • Serve as an additional resource for a Human Resources team • Maintain subject matter expertise in all operational and tactical areas of HR
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10 years experience in Human Resources • A bachelor’s and/or professional certification is required • Broad and advanced generalist skills in most tactical and operational components of Human Resources • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication clearly, concisely, and confidently
