📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, configure, and support SAP Master Data Governance technical solutions in a federal SAP S/4HANA environment • Develop custom applications, enhancements, and technical objects using Object-Oriented ABAP, AMDP, CDS Views, and SAP development best practices • Configure and develop BRF+ applications, decision tables, validation rules, derivation rules, and business rule services • Design, develop, and maintain single-step, multi-step, sequential, and parallel SAP MDG approval workflows • Develop and enhance SAP MDG user interfaces using FPM, SAP Fiori, Web Dynpro, OData Services, and related SAP UI technologies • Configure and support DRF and DIF for master-data synchronization across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems • Develop inbound and outbound interfaces using IDocs, SOA Services, Web Services, APIs, and enterprise integration technologies • Collaborate with functional consultants, government stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions • Develop technical specifications and support functional design documentation • Perform technical unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and defect resolution • Support data migration, conversion, and enterprise master data implementation activities • Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and support ongoing system enhancements • Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, code management, and DevOps processes • Travel rarely to client sites for on-site support • Participate in quality assurance activities and protect sensitive information according to security policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of SAP development experience; 5–7 years without a Bachelor’s degree • Demonstrated SAP MDG technical development experience • Experience with Object-Oriented ABAP, BRF+, SAP Fiori, FPM, Web Dynpro, OData Services, CDS Views, and AMDP • Experience configuring SAP MDG workflows, data models, validation rules, derivation rules, and business rule frameworks • Experience configuring and supporting DRF, DIF, IDocs, SOA Services, Web Services, APIs, and enterprise integration technologies • Strong understanding of SAP MDG architecture, Central Governance, Mass Processing, and DQM • Experience supporting SAP master-data domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, Material Master, or Financial Master Data • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or enterprise modernization initiatives • Experience gathering technical requirements, developing technical specifications, and supporting solution delivery • Ability to resolve moderately complex SAP MDG technical issues with minimal oversight • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance • U.S. citizenship required for the Secret security clearance • Nice to have: active Secret security clearance • Nice to have: SAP S/4HANA, federal ERP modernization, or DoD SAP environment experience • Nice to have: SAP Activate, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, JIRA, ATC checks, and CI/CD pipeline experience • Nice to have: SAP MDG, SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, or SAP S/4HANA certifications
