📋 Description

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and vacation goals • Research and recommend destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and vacation packages • Prepare customized travel quotes and itineraries • Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel • Build and maintain relationships with new and returning clients • Stay informed about travel destinations, supplier promotions, and industry updates • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Comfortable using a computer, email, and online booking tools • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required • Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences
