📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children, teens, and young adults through telehealth • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop diagnostic formulations • Create individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients and families • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications while monitoring effectiveness, safety, and clinical progress • Provide brief supportive interventions and psychoeducation alongside medication management • Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators through regular case consultation • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and expected outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Michigan PMHNP license required • Multi-state or compact licensure preferred • PMHNP-BC board certification • Active DEA license • Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program • Experience with—or a strong interest in—working with children, adolescents, and families • Comfort working independently in a telehealth environment • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and genuine empathy • Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is required • New graduates are welcome to apply
