• Be excellent and friendly at all times to clients and end users • Receive inbound IT helpdesk and product technical support calls • Provide technical support through service, troubleshooting, and empathy
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication skills (often the phone will be your only tool) • Exhibits outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail • Motivated self-starter (We want to see a passion for technology and support) • Previous experience at an MSP is major plus. • L1 Technical Experience in a Helpdesk Environment • Strong troubleshooting skills (Home-lab counts, tell us about yours) • Customer service oriented (you have to be delighted by helping people) • Familiarity with the modern Windows family of operating systems • Familiarity with the modern Mac family of operating systems
