📋 Description

• Overseeing and advancing multiple development teams, ensuring alignment with product strategy • Leading efforts in hiring, team development and supporting industry changes to achieve market dominance • Creating staffing strategies and managing recruitment processes • Promoting engineering excellence within your domain • Improving developer experience to facilitate continuous delivery at scale • Inspiring and mentoring team leaders and their teams • Ensuring product security, compliance, and reliability • Collaborating with senior engineering leadership on vision and strategy • Influencing strategic commitments and enhancing user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience and impact in senior engineering leadership roles • Understanding of DORA metrics and their usage in a modern engineering organization • Expertise in both backend and frontend technologies • Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server • In-depth knowledge of building RESTful APIs • Experience integrating internal and third-party services • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities • Skilled in leading and influencing within a hybrid and remote environment • Independent and proactive, with a commitment to delivering results with minimal supervision • Empathetic, authentic, inquisitive, driven, self-motivated, diligent, optimistic, and courageous
