📋 Description

• Repair and service all equipment in practitioners’ offices, focusing on customer service • Provide courteous and professional repair services, including escalation of advanced and difficult issues • Provide installation services as needed • Provide and maintain necessary tools for installation and repair services • Lead team members and manage onsite installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks • Troubleshoot technical problems, diagnose errors, and determine solutions • Understand customer requirements and make recommendations to optimize customer experience • Assist junior technicians with assignments as required • Maintain and manage proper inventory levels in the van • Produce timely and detailed service reports • Communicate assignment progress to team members and HUB dispatchers • Complete and review work orders with customers or responsible staff before departure; close and submit work orders daily for billing • Submit job-related paperwork, including FDA Forms, expense reports, and other required documentation • Comply with Fleet Management Policy, including maintenance and accident management policies • Participate in special projects and perform other required duties

🎯 Requirements

• Must be cross certified (digital x-ray/software, digital CAD/CAM, etc.) • Proven ability to present preventative maintenance to customers • Proven ability to administer timely and accurately (work orders, FSRs, Concur, eTime, RMA’s, 2579 reporting, etc.) • Ability to act as liaison between Henry Schein, customers, contractors and EPM • Must demonstrate lead technician capabilities • Must work well independently • Expert troubleshooting skills • Proven ability to work with confidential information • Must have the ability to mentor other technicians • Oral communication and presentation skills • Advanced computer skills • Typically, 7 or more years of dental industry experience with demonstrated proficiency • Strong mechanical background • Service and install experience • Must have achieved and demonstrated expertise in an equivalent area to a CIT certification • Typically, High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training • Ability to maneuver large equipment • Ability to perform substantial and/or repetitive bending, stopping, lifting and climbing of ladders • Compliance with OSHA regulations and use of personal protective equipment when needed
