📋 Description

• Provide training for Ascend Practice Management Software to new and existing customers • Facilitate remote training calls and onsite visits using standardized curriculum • Instruct offices using prepared curriculum • Provide post-training session documentation • Maintain an updated calendar • Schedule follow-up sessions or webinars as needed • Communicate by email with offices and team members • Attend weekly team meetings • Document sessions in the CRM system • Use multiple software platforms to retrieve customer data for monitoring • Maintain utilization and productivity goals • Coordinate training sessions with Implementation team members • Collaborate with Support team members to resolve customer technical issues • Communicate complex customer issues to the Team Leader or direct supervisor • Provide shadowing opportunities for new employees • Mentor new employees during onboarding • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Typically, 2 to 4 years of related professional experience • Typically, a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in related discipline • Intermediate understanding of industry practices • General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures • Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques • Good decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Basic presentation and public speaking skills • Basic interpersonal skills • Developing professional credibility • Practice management software and services including Henry Schein solutions experience • Professional training experience • Dental industry experience • Proficient with Microsoft Office products • Ability to travel up to 65%, including weekends • Personal CSAT score of 90% or above
