📋 Description

• Oversee, develop, and deliver training programs for field employees • Partner with business leaders to identify training needs • Standardize training initiatives • Track and report on training success • Develop staff and end-user skills to promote efficiency and competitive advantage • Develop training programs and initiatives to resolve business issues • Drive best practices contributing to business unit objectives and principles • Follow standard procedures and guidelines • Coordinate assigned duties with team and related teams • Perform all other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience • Ability to develop and deliver training programs for field employees • Ability to identify training needs and standardize training initiatives • Ability to track and report on training success • Ability to develop staff and end-user skills • Ability to drive best practices and contribute to business unit objectives • Ability to recognize and solve typical problems using established options • Ability to communicate moderately complex information in routine situations • Ability to work under general supervision and manage own workload
