• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Provider Marketing Agents • Drive enrollment, referral production, quality activity, and practice production targets • Conduct one-on-ones, call reviews, team huddles, and coaching sessions • Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement corrective action plans • Serve as the primary escalation point for provider, practice, and agent issues • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members • Use performance data and sales analytics to improve agent effectiveness and achieve goals • Lead onboarding and sales training on messaging, competitive tactics, and product education • Own new practice activation and track activation milestones • Execute field call patterns and submit activity reports • Identify high-value practices for targeted outreach and re-engagement • Visit dental practices to promote the DentalPlans.com Provider Marketing Program • Enroll dental practices and train office staff on dental savings plans • Document field outreach activities, opportunities, and results in CRM systems • Gather provider feedback and competitive insights • Represent DentalPlans.com at dental industry tradeshows and events • Manage event leads through enrollment and account production • Provide post-event performance recaps and recommendations • Develop and maintain a tradeshow performance scorecard • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Network Development, and internal stakeholders • Support integrated campaigns and process improvement initiatives
• Typically, 2 or more years of related support experience • 1 or more years of management experience • Typically, a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in related discipline • Good management skills and ability to motivate teams • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively • Good presentation and public speaking skills • Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task • Ability to learn applicable computer systems and other business required competencies • Understand financial information that impacts department • Ability to plan and coordinate successful projects • Communicate effectively with team(s) • Demonstrated ability to manage and coach a telesales or field sales team against measurable performance targets • Direct experience conducting field sales visits and/or representing a company at industry tradeshows or events • Ability to analyze individual and team performance data and translate findings into actionable coaching and improvement plans • Experience with lead follow-up and conversion tracking, particularly in a post-event or field sales context • Ability to deliver product and sales training to a team in both formal and informal settings • Strong time management skills and ability to balance field commitments with day-to-day team management responsibilities
