📋 Description

• Maintain the day-to-day functionality of the Third-Party Risk Management program • Coordinate and oversee risk assessments and due diligence for new and existing vendors • Monitor vendor performance, contract compliance, and risk posture • Maintain the vendor management solution, including vendor inventory, risk ratings, and documentation repository • Support managers in maintaining current and accurate business continuity plans • Assist with BCP updates and documentation of key processes and dependencies • Guide and coordinate department-level business continuity tests • Track completion of updates, testing, and related documentation • Maintain the business continuity management solution • Coordinate and administer the organization’s security awareness program • Manage annual training and targeted education initiatives • Track completion metrics and report on effectiveness • Support Security Officers • Support risk managers in maintaining program infrastructure • Help facilitate risk administration reporting and training • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in risk administration in a financial institutional setting • Experience in vendor management or third-party risk management and business continuity • Familiarity with banking regulations and frameworks as they pertain to risk management • Minimum 3 years of banking experience • Ability to interpret regulations and laws • Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines • Strong written and verbal skills • Strong understanding of banking risks • Participation in all required BSA training • Commitment to security responsibilities applicable to the position
