📋 Description

• Lead construction projects to ensure high-quality delivery, profitability, and on-time completion • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and team performance • Develop employees and collaborate across departments to support strategic goals • Foster strong customer relationships • Manage multiple projects and project teams • Establish and maintain working relationships with government representatives, superintendents, customers, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors • Promote FSC safety culture and teamwork • Review forecasted costs and monitor staffing plans and productivity • Coordinate project turnover and pre-planning meetings • Work with Accounting on equipment and subcontractor invoice billing and payment • Calculate and submit change orders; update project budgets and change order logs • Complete monthly financial reports and cost forecasting • Ensure subcontracts, submittals, equipment ordering and tracking, and project closeout documentation are completed • Walk projects and meet with subcontractors and general contractors to review expectations, ASIs, and RFIs

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year University degree, preferably in engineering, or construction management or 5+ years of relevant construction industry experience • At least five years of relevant construction experience • OSHA 10/30 certification • COE CQM (Construction Quality Management) certification • Ability to access secure military installations • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS with short notice • Ability to travel up to 75% • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
