📋 Description

• Manage FASTSIGNS National Accounts sign projects from initial inquiry through completion • Receive and review project inquiries and orders; document project information • Enter jobs into the project management system and create scopes of work • Research and select franchisees or subcontractors for surveys and project work • Verify vendor insurance coverage and issue purchase orders • Research sign codes, municipal requirements, landlord criteria, insurance requirements, and property-use regulations • Review site surveys and project requirements to identify signage locations and potential issues • Request, review, and coordinate revisions to signage artwork • Submit artwork for manufacturing, permitting, and installation quotes • Compile estimates and prepare client quotes using established account margins • Submit artwork to landlords for approval and coordinate revisions • Create purchase orders for permitting, manufacturing, and installation • Maintain project statuses, notes, contact details, and supporting documents • Competitively bid projects as needed • Mark completed jobs accurately so Accounting can invoice clients • Follow up weekly on active jobs and sales quotes • Assist National Accounts team members and improve project-management tools, catalogs, processes, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Project coordination and/or sign-industry experience preferred • Strong project-management, organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills • General sign-industry knowledge • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound business judgment • Strong ethical conduct and customer-service mindset • At least 40 hours per week availability • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required • Minimal to no travel; occasional out-of-area or overnight travel may be required
