📋 Description

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned with enterprise goals and functional priorities • Oversee strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and performance optimization across indirect spend categories • Lead a team of 3 category managers while influencing regional and functional stakeholders across plants and business units • Partner with IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and Plant leaders to align procurement strategies with business needs • Build sourcing pipelines based on demand planning, total cost of ownership modeling, and market intelligence • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management as part of the procurement transformation roadmap • Deliver year-over-year savings targets through cost reduction, cost avoidance, and demand management • Manage supplier risk, continuity, and performance for critical services and capital projects • Establish supplier segmentation models and governance frameworks for key supplier relationships • Implement and continuously improve procurement processes, KPIs, and compliance across categories and geographies • Champion digital procurement tools to improve visibility, sourcing velocity, and data-driven decision-making • Track procurement KPIs including spend under management, savings, contract coverage, supplier performance, sourcing cycle time, stakeholder satisfaction, and automation adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field required • MBA or relevant Master's preferred • 10+ years of progressive procurement experience • At least 5 years in global indirect procurement leadership • Proven experience managing diverse indirect categories including MRO, CapEx, IT, and Facilities in a manufacturing or chemicals context • Demonstrated success leading teams, engaging stakeholders, and delivering measurable savings and performance improvement • Expertise in sourcing strategy, supplier management, contracting, and digital procurement tools • Coupa preferred • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills • Track record of influencing and aligning with senior leadership in matrixed global organizations • Must be at least 18 years of age • Successful completion of a drug test and background investigation required • Authorization for periodic background checks as required by CFATS or applicable regulations
