📋 Description

• Drive critical transformation initiatives from idea through implementation • Take end-to-end domain processes from current state to fundamentally redesigned future state using AI, automation, and data • Build execution roadmaps, break work into deliverable stages, resolve dependencies, and drive implementation and adoption • Own defined projects in the transformation portfolio with accountability for execution, outcomes, and measurable impact • Work with business teams to map, build, pilot, and implement new ways of working • Quickly immerse in unfamiliar subject matter and become a trusted partner to sponsors and teams • Challenge assumptions using analysis and facts • Turn discussions into decisions, decisions into design, and design into delivery • Track financial and operational impact and ensure benefits are realized • Lead working sessions and prepare materials for steering committees and executive reviews • Manage milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and escalations to keep projects on track

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting, project management, process improvement, or an analytical role • Demonstrated ability to learn fast in unfamiliar domains • Experience owning a piece of work end-to-end and carrying it to a result • Uses AI daily in own work and can demonstrate how • Experience in consulting, rotational, or leadership-development program; exposure to complex business problems is a plus • Six Sigma Green Belt or exposure to structured problem-solving welcome • Fluent using AI in daily work for research, synthesis, analysis, and drafting • Strong analytical skills, including Excel modeling and working with messy data • Comfort with Power BI or equivalent • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, agile sprints, and value stream mapping • Data literacy to recognize when a workflow is automatable • Curiosity about how process work connects to P&L outcomes • Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills • At least 18 years of age • Successful completion of a drug test and background investigation • Authorization for periodic background checks as required by CFATS or applicable regulations
