📋 Description

• Lead projects from planning through execution • Partner with account, creative, editorial, and production teams to ensure successful delivery • Balance timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations • Support planning, execution, and delivery of client programs and projects • Develop project plans, timelines, and workflows • Partner with account teams and stakeholders on objectives, budgets, and deliverables • Facilitate internal meetings • Manage project status communications • Oversee workflow processes from kickoff through final delivery • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks • Keep projects on track and maintain momentum

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including project planning, execution, and delivery • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow management tools • Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion • Advertising agency experience is helpful • Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients is helpful • Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes is helpful • Experience working within cross-functional client service environments is helpful
