📋 Description

• Oversee all phases of equipment package installations for new store projects of a national chain • Plan, monitor, coordinate, and supervise equipment package installations from procurement through completion • Manage procurement, consolidation, shipment, and installation of opening equipment packages • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards • Collaborate with Design, Sales Operations, Distribution, General Contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams • Review bid and contract documents for compliance with contract requirements and design intent • Participate in weekly meetings, provide project updates, and address project questions • Review manufacturers’ quotes and approve shop drawings for design compliance • Ensure jobs are delivered and installed on time while maximizing profitability • Maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders through professional conduct and customer service • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to address project challenges • Maintain attention to detail and high standards of quality and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent military or practical experience • 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in the foodservice industry • Sales/distribution experience is preferred • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency in relationship building and customer service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Up to 5% travel required • Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends to meet customer needs
