📋 Description

• Lead, coordinate, and execute service projects from planning to completion • Ensure safety remains the top priority throughout project execution • Manage project scope, timelines, costs, contract compliance, and quality • Implement project methodologies, standards, scheduling practices, and cost-control measures • Track project activities, milestones, forecasts, and schedules for on-time delivery • Work with internal stakeholders to define project needs and communicate progress • Build customer relationships and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle • Present project outcomes, technical insights, and improvement recommendations to customers and leadership • Develop installation design packages, including wiring diagrams and mechanical modification documentation • Review, redline, and validate electrical and mechanical design packages • Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors • Supervise electrical and mechanical subcontractors at project sites • Manage multiple projects while adhering to processes and safety standards • Implement updated departmental procedures and guidelines • Identify process, product, and service improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering OR an associate degree in electronics/technology or similar with 5+ years of relevant service experience • Ability to travel up to 70% • Ability to work weekends and holidays when required • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Minimum 3 years of experience in Services Project Management (preferred) • Familiarity with AutoCAD and drafting practices • Ability to review, redline, or create electrical and mechanical design packages
