📋 Description

• Create and share weekly status reports with client stakeholders, highlighting critical updates and escalating issues to senior leadership when necessary • Schedule and facilitate internal and client-facing project meetings with key stakeholders • Manage project resources by ensuring availability, updating allocations weekly, escalating resource issues, and reviewing project timecards • Maintain and update project schedules weekly • Manage project scope, assess technical feasibility, and document changes through formal change requests • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks using project dashboards and RAID logs • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Partner with technical teams to review system designs, architecture documents, personas, epic-level requirements, testing plans, training guides, and requirements traceability matrices • Maintain and oversee Jira boards, including ticket assignments, blockers, risks, and sprint cadence • Schedule and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups and other agile events; occasionally serve as Scrum Master • Support system testing and QA by assisting with test plan creation, coordinating execution, and validating results • Travel occasionally to client sites, typically quarterly or less, for requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, or training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience overseeing technical implementations • 5+ years experience working in a technical consulting environment • 5+ years familiarity with agile methodologies and agile project delivery • Proven leadership with a proactive mindset and hands-on approach • Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies • Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred • Experience in the public sector is a plus • Salesforce experience and/or certifications is a plus • Experience using JIRA is a plus • US and Canada based applicants only
