📋 Description

• Ensure successful, on-time delivery of large and complex Professional Services implementations • Identify key priorities, develop execution plans, and partner across the organization to deliver successful outcomes • Manage engagements from start to finish using standard project management principles • Lead project planning and budgeting • Mobilize and direct cross-functional project-team workstreams • Champion Statements of Work and convert scope changes into change orders • Drive on-time and on-budget project completion • Track project progress, variability, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and project-health metrics • Develop and execute risk-mitigation strategies within defined escalation paths • Run weekly budget-burn reviews and report delivery and SLA metrics • Manage engagements in Jira using standard implementation templates • Maintain customer project records, dashboards, saved filters, environments, contacts, configuration decisions, go-live checklists, and retrospective notes • Contribute requirements for Jira, GitHub, and configuration-repository integration • Own go-live readiness reviews and defined handoffs to Customer Success and Support • Run lessons-learned reviews and improve the implementation playbook • Serve as the first point of project escalation and support executive steering committees • Track customer-side dependencies and escalate unresponsiveness or blocked configuration decisions • Lead collaboration across Consultants, Architects, PMO, Cloud Operations, Product, Support, and Partners • Coordinate dependency mapping, milestone alignment, and shared-risk visibility on joint Civic Platform and ePermitHub programs • Support new-business growth, proposal development, and budget estimation

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years leading successful implementations of COTS software/platform-based solutions for Tier-1 government clients, or clear evidence of navigating slow, committee-driven stakeholder groups • 5 years leading projects with $1M+ budgets, 12+ months’ duration, and more than one government department or group involved • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at various stages of delivery • Comfortable owning budget and burn, and having scope conversations directly with customers • Aptitude for understanding and applying new technologies and methodologies • BA or BS in a technical discipline, or similar technical degree program • Use of formal project management tools such as MS-Project and Visio • Working proficiency in Jira and Confluence, including building boards, dashboards, and saved filters • Strong technical background and previous experience delivering enterprise-class software • Technical literacy to read a configuration repository and workflow diagram without translation • Strong analytical skills and experience managing technical and project management issues • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing client demands • Ability to interact and communicate with CxO-level personnel • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
