📋 Description

• Oversee multiple projects, including tower inspections and maintenance, tower decommission, tower drop and swap, and Edge new-build, through the entire lifecycle from inception to closeout • Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify resources and budgets, and develop schedules for timely, on-budget completion • Develop project coordinators • Manage and lead all project phases from inception to completion and handoff • Maintain understanding of site status reports, contracts, electrical/grounding, site plans, and drawings • Maintain SBA safety regulations and policies for construction and maintenance • Manage construction financials, including purchase orders, budgets, and job closeout • Ensure quality construction within budget and schedule while maintaining customer experience • Develop and manage project plans and budgets • Obtain required building and electrical permits • Build relationships with customers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants • Oversee and direct subcontractors and third-party vendors • Track and report progress statuses and variances • Establish rapport with outsourced engineering and specialty construction vendors • Ensure contract scope and deliverable schedules are met with minimal change orders • Improve efficiency and reduce project costs through thought leadership and creativity • Contribute to continuous improvement and end-to-end process optimization • Work cross-functionally with organizational teams and groups • Participate in siting decisions with Land & Leasing and ZAP teams • Collaborate with the Zoning Team to ensure site design meets jurisdiction requirements with IRR model discipline • Perform other assigned projects and duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred • 3-5 years Project Management experience in construction or site development projects • Prior experience managing construction projects strongly preferred • Experience managing subcontractors to completion and in conformance with schedule, customer requirements, and budget guidelines preferred • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
