📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives advancing Tegria’s enterprise IT priorities • Manage the full project lifecycle from intake and planning through execution, organizational readiness, deployment, and benefits realization • Partner with business, technology, security, infrastructure, applications, and vendor teams to deliver integrated solutions • Develop comprehensive project plans covering priorities, objectives, stakeholder requirements, resources, dependencies, budgets, risks, and timelines • Oversee delivery to ensure milestones are met on time, within budget, and with quality outcomes supporting operational readiness and adoption • Manage project scope and changes, identify issues, and devise contingency plans • Serve as primary point of contact for project communications and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, stakeholders, IT leaders, delivery teams, and vendors • Ensure compliance with governance, security, privacy, change management, architecture, procurement, and operational standards • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee updates, dependency reviews, and delivery checkpoints • Provide status reporting, decision logs, risk summaries, and executive-ready communications • Lead implementation readiness, transition planning, post-implementation reviews, and lessons-learned activities • Improve delivery practices, project governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional execution across the enterprise IT portfolio • Serve as a thought leader and mentor less experienced team members • Keep current on emerging trends, influence best practices, and devise innovative solutions • Operate independently and manage personal work progression • Perform relevant tasks, training, or administrative duties as assigned • Assist in building out an IT PMO as the company grows and scales

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field • Master’s degree preferred • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) • Typically, 8+ years of project management experience leading enterprise IT, infrastructure, applications, security, data, or business technology initiatives, including complex cross-functional delivery efforts • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects • Experience delivering initiatives involving enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Workday, ServiceNow, CRM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, data, or integration technologies • Experience with healthcare or professional services environments a plus • Strong understanding of enterprise IT delivery, including applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, integrations, cloud services, operational readiness, and technology governance • Formal project management methodologies, procedures and tools • Strong understanding of change management, stakeholder readiness, communication planning, adoption support, and transition-to-operations practices • Recognized as an expert in enterprise IT project delivery, project governance, risk management, and cross-functional execution • W2 project-based consultants must provide a computing device adhering to industry standards and security best practices
