📋 Description

• Provide direct clinical support to patients undergoing medication abortion • Respond to patients’ medical questions and concerns • Deliver timely triage, clinical assessment, and patient-specific nursing guidance • Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based, trauma-informed care • Support safe, patient-centered abortion care through telemedicine • Work the designated part-time or full-time shift schedule • Participate in one on-call shift outside scheduled hours for the part-time schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN (BSN required), preferably in telehealth • 1+ year of experience providing abortion and reproductive healthcare • Active state RN licensure in at least one of CA, CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA, or a compact state license • Strong clinical assessment and triage skills • Exceptional communication skills for chat and virtual visits • Ability to navigate clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, organizational policies, patient care, and documentation • Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients • Experience providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care • Commitment to reproductive justice and expanding access to abortion care • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment • Eager to engage in continuous process improvement • Spanish bilingual ability is a bonus
