📋 Description

• Support the Contracts and Pricing department under minimal supervision • Partner with Supply and Marketing groups to administer contracts and customer setups • Identify issues impacting commercial transactions and recommend solutions • Analyze customer and contract information, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate resolutions • Evaluate customer and contract-related issues, implement authorized solutions, and escalate matters requiring review • Coordinate customer onboarding across multiple business functions and determine documentation and system requirements • Review customer, pricing, and contract data for accuracy and discrepancies • Assist with reports and analyses for commercial stakeholders • Use SAP, Salesforce, Deal Capture, DTN TABS, Atlas, and Customer Portal for daily operations • Maintain positive relationships with internal departments and external customers • Provide backup support for Contracts and Pricing team members • Participate in training activities related to contracts, pricing processes, systems, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of two years related work experience required • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required • Ability to apply advanced clerical and data entry skills based on pre-established guidelines • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel • Strong working knowledge of the mechanics of a contract and pricing • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal communication • Basic understanding of computer use • Intermediate reading and writing skills • Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations • Knowledge of trade locations and SAP navigation • Advanced ability to implement new systems and procedures and evaluate their effectiveness
