📋 Description

• Develop accurate, competitive, and profitable pricing solutions for Contract Logistics opportunities • Analyze warehouse operating costs, financial data, and P&L performance to support pricing decisions • Create and enhance pricing tools, templates, and methodologies • Establish and maintain pricing standards, best practices, and process documentation • Ensure pricing proposals align with CEVA policies, financial objectives, and operational standards • Collaborate with Business Development, Solutions Design, Finance, and Operations on customer-focused pricing strategies • Mentor and support new team members • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and overall business performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 3 years of pricing, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience within a 3PL or warehouse logistics environment • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, cost modeling, P&L analysis, and Contract Logistics pricing methodologies • Experience with facility design and cost accounting preferred • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to interpret complex financial and operational data • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
