📋 Description

• Partner with customers to design and implement secure deployments of AI security solutions across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments • Provide technical consultation on infrastructure, Docker/Kubernetes containerization, and cloud networking • Help customers iterate quickly and adopt best practices for secure AI operations • Serve as the primary technical point of contact after the sale • Ensure customers achieve security objectives, derive ongoing value, and scale deployments successfully • Diagnose and resolve customer issues • Optimize configurations and identify improvement opportunities • Deliver hands-on workshops, training sessions, and technical documentation • Capture customer feedback and collaborate with product management, engineering, and research teams on roadmap priorities and product enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering role; AI, security, or cloud-based products preferred • Strong experience with Docker and containerized workloads • Familiarity with Kubernetes highly desirable • Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of cloud networking concepts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Python programming experience required • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, including LangChain, LangGraph, and MLOps tools, is a plus • Skilled at troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through iterative solution design • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders • Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about helping customers succeed
