📋 Description

• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, producers, and company personnel • Plan, design, and implement insurance programs for clients in line with agency guidelines • Maintain knowledge of carrier developments and Federal/State laws affecting clients • Consult, inform, and educate clients about coverage, exclusions, exposures, and audit procedures • Generate premium allocations for clients using Microsoft Excel • Negotiate rate terms and conditions with carriers on behalf of clients • Provide technical coverage and proposal support to producers • Prepare proposals, insurance summaries, and applications • Submit materials to insureds and carriers, obtain signatures, and follow up for timely responses • Remarket accounts and contact clients in conjunction with producers • Renew policies according to agency standards • Set priorities and manage workflow for efficient, timely, and accurate transaction processing

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience required • Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required • CISR and/or CIC preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Applied Epic experience preferred, or knowledge of a similar Account Management System (AMS) acceptable • Ability to lift 25 pounds • Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens • Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person • Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, and 10-key • Ability to walk, bend, sit, reach, and stretch in all directions
