📋 Description

• Help coordinate outdoor travel stays • Manage customer relationships and questions • Work with site hosts to provide excellent customer service • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat • Handle voicemails and ensure customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated, analytical thinker • Strong speaking and writing skills • Confidence in making decisions and working through customer tickets autonomously • Familiarity with Zendesk and Slack is a plus • Ability to juggle many responsibilities with various timelines • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred.
