📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit new high-value affiliate partners and publishers across email, search, social, display, and native channels • Cultivate and nurture relationships with top affiliate partners as their primary point of contact • Provide strategic guidance, support, and a high-quality partner experience • Monitor affiliate performance using CPL, CVR, and lead-quality metrics • Provide partners with actionable, data-driven insights to scale campaigns profitably • Negotiate payout structures, insertion orders, and other commercial terms • Ensure agreements are competitive and aligned with company goals • Enforce program terms, monitor traffic sources, and mitigate fraud with data and compliance teams • Monitor industry trends, publisher technologies, and competitive affiliate programs • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to leadership • Own the growth and optimization of the affiliate network and full affiliate relationship lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience in affiliate management • Strong background in the lead generation or performance marketing industry, ideally in the subprime financial vertical • Proven track record of successfully recruiting, managing, and scaling a high-performing affiliate program that resulted in significant revenue growth • Strong existing network of publisher and affiliate contacts highly desirable • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, EPC, ROI) and various digital traffic sources • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Highly analytical and comfortable using data to make decisions and tell a story • Hands-on experience with major affiliate tracking platforms, such as Everflow, CAKE, and HasOffers • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
