📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor and subject-matter expert to People and business leaders on compensation matters • Provide advanced compensation consultation and manage complex compensation scenarios • Partner with People Business Partners and business leaders on offers, promotions, reorganizations, and retention planning • Lead complex job evaluations and market pricing using industry surveys and internal benchmarking • Support and influence global merit, bonus, and equity compensation programs • Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership • Contribute to compensation planning and forecasting • Evolve job architecture, salary structures, and leveling frameworks • Advise on compensation governance, compliance, and pay equity with Legal and People Operations • Contribute to compensation communications, manager training, and enablement tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR business partnering with a compensation focus • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field • Deep knowledge of compensation tools and market surveys, including Radford and Mercer • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday • Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills • Familiarity with compensation regulations, including FLSA, pay equity, and transparency laws • Experience running merit cycles in Workday • At least 3 years of compensation experience within a technology or software company • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas • Experience with technology compensation • At least 4 years of in-depth executive compensation experience
