📋 Description

• Own the strategy and performance for DoorDash’s growing affiliates program • Develop the affiliate creator initiative into a best-in-industry program • Deepen relationships with publishers • Maintain an innovative testing roadmap • Drive growth across DoorDash’s offerings • Manage a team of 3-4 Associates / Senior Associates • Define and execute strategies for new customer acquisition, churned customer resurrection, new-vertical growth, and expansion into areas such as Reservations • Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports responsible for campaign execution, creator recruitment and onboarding, commissioning strategy, measurement and tracking, and reporting • Experiment with new publishers, technology partners, platform features, and in-house product capabilities • Work cross-functionally to improve creator, publisher, and user experiences while scaling the program

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in affiliate marketing • Experience managing creator affiliate programs and influencers at scale • Proven ability to allocate, pace, and optimize annual budgets of $10M+ • Strong analytical background and experience with LTV/CAC, incrementality, lift testing, and MMM • Experience directly managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, with 2-3+ direct reports • Ability to execute strategically and tactically, including campaign operations, auction dynamics, and bid optimization • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with Analytics, Finance, Product, Strategy & Operations, and Integrated Marketing teams • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and productivity tools such as Claude Code and Cursor • Preferred: experience in a complex, multi-sided marketplace • Preferred: experience with Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, and Affiliate performance channels
