📋 Description

• Architect next-generation cloud platforms and automation solutions • Devise and evolve code-driven automation strategies for consistency across development, testing, and production • Build long-term automation solutions using Groovy, Shell, Python, Terraform, Java, or JavaScript • Provide technical leadership and implementation guidance for UI, APIs, and microservices • Guide development teams on best practices, design patterns, and operational standards • Evaluate new architectural concepts and recommend infrastructure and security improvements • Support reliability engineering efforts and participate in on-call rotations for mission-critical and revenue-impacting cloud services • Design and implement enterprise DevOps architectures, reference patterns, and tooling strategies • Implement and maintain CI/CD tools and pipelines across the organization • Enable secure and available software builds and deployments across Agile teams • Configure, tune, deploy, and operate Kubernetes clusters • Maintain containerized applications with Docker or similar technologies • Report to the Director of Pipeline and Platform Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Technology or a related field • Four (4) years with CI tools such as GitLab (preferred) or Bamboo • Four (4) years architecting and developing automation to support Continuous Delivery • Three (3) years administering Kubernetes • Three (3) years on AWS cloud platforms • Proficiency in scripting/programming in Bash • Experience supporting reliability efforts and on-call rotations • Willingness to travel up to 10% • Bachelor's degree, OR Associate's degree plus 6 years of technology experience, OR high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of technology experience (listed as useful) • Seven (7)+ years of technology experience (listed as useful) • Five (5) years of CI tool experience (GitLab or Bamboo), cloud, and Kubernetes platforms (listed as useful) • One (1) year of management experience (listed as useful) • Scripting experience in Python or Terraform (listed as useful)
