📋 Description

• Lead complex analyses across Care Operations to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and translate ambiguous business problems into actionable strategies and recommendations • Monitor business performance and Care Operations KPIs to proactively identify risks and opportunities • Use data and patient insights to advocate for improvements to the patient and Care team experience • Own analytical and operational workstreams independently • Prioritize issues, develop solutions, and drive measurable improvements across growth, efficiency, quality, and care delivery • Partner with Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations • Influence priorities and translate operational insights into product and process improvements • Measure the impact of launches, experiments, and operational changes • Identify opportunities to iterate and drive follow-through until performance reaches a steady state • Present complex findings, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders • Adapt communication to technical and non-technical audiences and build alignment around the path forward • Report to the Director of Business Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics, preferably at a high-growth DTC company or consumer marketplace • Proven track record in analytical and operations roles within a rapidly growing company • Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative inputs to drive rapid decision-making and execution • Strong business acumen and communication skills • Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives, actionable insights, and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Looker, and Tableau • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis and synthesize data • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset • Passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of team members • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
