📋 Description

• Dive deep into the existing stack (Golang, TypeScript, React Native) to ship critical features. • Establish initial engineering standards and build trust with cross-functional partners. • Lead complex, cross-team initiatives for new product capabilities. • Mentor senior engineers and ensure high-quality clinical journeys. • Drive the architectural vision for 2026 scale-up plans and design services for growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 8+ years of non-internship experience in software engineering. • Expert proficiency across the full stack (web, mobile, and backend). • Deep experience in React.js, React Native, Golang, and TypeScript. • Proven track record of architecting and designing scalable APIs (REST or gRPC). • Experience leading technical execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
