📋 Description

• Design cutting-edge AI solutions for novel healthcare challenges • Architect advanced RAG, tool-calling, and LLM technique approaches • Design and implement advanced retrieval-augmented generation systems, optimizing relevance, latency, and cost • Handle complex data sources and sophisticated chunking strategies • Apply LLM-as-judge, multi-turn reasoning, and complex prompt-engineering patterns • Optimize agent behavior for production reliability • Anticipate customer issues and propose proactive AI-driven solutions • Identify optimization opportunities • Design infrastructure for high-reliability AI systems • Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and incident response • Ensure systems meet production standards • Lead technical execution for sophisticated, novel deployments and own integration architecture • Solve complex AI challenges creatively • Mentor junior FDEs on AI development and production patterns • Contribute to technical standards and best practices • Partner with Deployment Strategists, CSEs, and sophisticated customer IT teams on complex challenges and architectural optimizations

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of software engineering experience • Expert-level Python proficiency • Expertise in production software systems • Advanced hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, including LangChain and LangSmith • Deep understanding of RAG, tool calling, and advanced LLM patterns • Experience solving novel AI problems • Ability to architect and implement complex AI systems • Experience designing systems for reliability and scale • Experience with sophisticated integrations and enterprise systems • Strong understanding of systems reliability, error handling, and operational patterns • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-ranked university • Ability to travel 25% of the time to customer sites • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
