📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives and operational projects across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Translate strategic objectives into detailed project plans with clear milestones, responsibilities, and resource allocation • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration • Facilitate and lead project team meetings • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain project progress and quality • Create and deliver regular status reports, executive summaries, and post-project evaluations • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions • Champion change management efforts tied to strategic initiatives • Maintain documentation and knowledge management for all strategic projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field • 1-3 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on strategic initiatives • Strong self starter with an ability to problem solve on one’s own • Servant leadership style with ability to adapt to various working and communication styles • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects with executive visibility • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in project management tools • Up to 10% travel • Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is a plus • PMP or similar certification • Experience using ClickUp • Experience in Consulting, Retail, CPG, or Food Service • Familiarity with agile and hybrid project management methodologies
