📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage initiatives to accelerate business portfolio transformation and growth in the clinical market • Build business strategies from clinical customer pain points using Hitachi's solutions, products, and technologies • Collaborate with Hitachi Group business units to validate business strategy hypotheses • Support execution of concrete action plans toward full-scale commercialization • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, executives, customers, partners, competitors, and investors • Support alliance and inorganic growth initiatives driven by business divisions • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards • Help develop and transform the clinical business and establish partnerships for future-ready, sustainable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or PhD’s degree in biomedical, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related field (preferred) • MBA degree preferred; not mandatory • 10+ years of experience in the clinical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries • 5+ years of business development experience • Proven track record in customer and partner engagement and project management • Business development technical skills, including term sheet creation, IP review, profit and loss modeling, quality agreements, and supply agreements • Deep understanding of the biotech, life science, and hospital industry • Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards
