📋 Description

• Lead strategic IT infrastructure projects from planning through delivery • Collaborate with technical teams to define scope, requirements, and solutions • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines • Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting • Monitor progress and ensure governance across all phases • Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment • Drive successful outcomes in a matrixed, fast-paced environment • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering • 15+ years of experience in formal IT infrastructure project management (PMO) • Proven success delivering IT projects in a matrixed organization • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills • Deep understanding of Waterfall methodologies with Agile execution capabilities • PMP Certification required • Network and industrial construction experience a plus • 10% travel required • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States • This role will not provide sponsorship currently or in the future • Candidate must live Eastern Standard Time (EST) in the United States of America • Pre-employment background checks may include verification of employment history, education, criminal records, and other relevant information • Additional background or security screenings may be required for certain roles
