📋 Description

• Establish and define project plan requirements • Develop schedules and budgets to meet contractual/project requirements • Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met • Report on program-level schedule and quality adherence to agreed-upon standards • Identify and resolve project risks and issues; develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives • Maintain compliance with Commonwealth of Virginia standard policies, procedures, and standards • Use and apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards in project management • Support a Program Management Office team serving a major state and local government customer

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing projects and project scheduling • Experience with state & local government customers is a strong plus • Must be a US Citizen • Prior experience working in or supporting a PMO • Significant experience supervising Project Analysts, supporting project scheduling, and managing projects • Significant experience developing risk management and mitigation planning • Prior experience in Supplier Management • Experience working in ITSM • Prior experience working with ServiceNow • Prior experience developing OLAs, Governance, Policy, and Procedures • Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years or more of related experience; or Master's degree and eight (8) years or more of related experience • PMP Certification Required • ITIL Certification Preferred • CSM Certification Preferred • Proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Visio, SharePoint, and Adobe Products • Proficient with MS Project Professional or Standard; MS Project Online preferred • Prior experience working with ServiceNow project scheduling function preferred • Prior experience working with or for a Commonwealth of VA Agency or VITA desired
