• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming CRM/Salesforce requests and projects from departments across JED • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate scoping and requirements-gathering meetings • Gather requirements and translate them into acceptance criteria, user stories, and tasks • Define when requests are “done” and “ready to work” before delivery-team handoff • Communicate scope and timeline boundaries and manage stakeholder expectations • Host weekly departmental office hours to surface dependencies, deadlines, and resource conflicts • Manage project tracking, sequencing, status, and the Asana delivery board • Participate in daily standups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning • Coordinate handoffs between requirements definition and technical execution • Track and report growth metrics tied to CRM initiatives, including donor growth, campaign performance, and fundraising pipeline movement • Own the intake, requirements-definition, and stakeholder-management function for JED’s CRM/Salesforce environment • Collaborate with the CRM Strategy & Operations Lead, Salesforce Administration team, and department stakeholders, especially ACE • Report to the SVP, Chief Technology Officer
• Extremely well-versed in Salesforce, including its capabilities, limitations, and common configurations • Prior hands-on Salesforce experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience in fundraising, development, or philanthropy • 3–5 years of project management or business analyst experience in a Salesforce, CRM, or nonprofit fundraising/development environment • Experience managing technology or CRM projects from intake through delivery • Experience gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria • Experience managing stakeholder expectations • Experience tracking and reporting growth metrics tied to CRM data • Excellent communication skills and ability to hold boundaries with competing stakeholder demands • Strong organizational skills • Comfort using Asana or similar project management tools • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a technical delivery team • Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM preferred • Salesforce certification such as Administrator or Business Analyst preferred • Direct nonprofit development or fundraising department experience preferred • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Gearset preferred
