📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive project management plans • Drive project progress, task completion, milestone achievement, and timeline adherence • Manage and allocate resources throughout the project lifecycle • Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor project risks • Provide real-time alerts for critical issues • Communicate expectations and instill accountability in team members • Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, and motivate teams toward common goals • Manage multiple difficult and complex projects, tasks, and resources • Organize, prioritize, and manage time to meet stakeholder objectives • Mentor and coach PMO team members • Provide guidance, constructive feedback, and support to strengthen project management capabilities • Travel approximately 25%–50% to major RTX U.S. sites in Farmington, Richardson, Cedar Rapids, and Charlotte

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, OR advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience, OR 16 years of relevant experience without a degree • Experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, or similar tools • CORE or equivalent certification/experience, such as Six Sigma or Change Management • Project management experience • Experience with waterfall and agile Scrum methodologies • Experience managing large-scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation • Ability to lead and manage change in a matrix and team environment • Ability to collaborate across process and digital lines of business • Experience with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities in fast-paced, demanding environments • Ability to guide and influence multiple organizational levels, including executive leadership • SAP knowledge and prior implementation experience preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications preferred • U.S. citizenship is required to access certain necessary systems • Ability to travel approximately 25%–50% to other major RTX U.S. sites
