📋 Description

• Deliver projects with low and medium to high complexity, risk, and visibility • Coordinate regional projects and local implementations • Act as a local or regional resource on Regional or Global projects • Apply project management methodologies, tools, and processes including PMP, OPPM, Prince2, and Six Sigma • Scope, plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projects • Create and maintain project plans using BCD Travel’s project management software • Request and confirm resources assigned according to project scope • Establish communication methods and call schedules with project teams • Keep sponsors and stakeholders informed of project status • Complete project-related tasks accurately and on time • Manage project risks and serve as an escalation and decision-making point • Facilitate decision-making regarding escalations • Lead conference calls and maintain project plan updates • Distribute meeting notes • Listen to client requirements and ensure Operations teams can fulfill them • Represent Operations teams in project calls and communications • Lead or participate in management-level strategy discussions

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Operations agent-facing technology and operational processes • In-depth knowledge of Operations scope of service • Master’s degree in business administration, business, or related field, or U.S. equivalent foreign degree, required • One year of experience in project management, account management, or business analysis • Experience must include forecasting, market analysis, reporting analysis, and business reviews • General knowledge of internal technology utilized by BCD Travel
